More Information
Originally installed at Lagomarcino Courtyard 1986, the sculpture Untitled was moved to the Gerdin Business Building in 2004. The column resembles some of the artist's earlier cast iron columns that were described as looking like the nests of some insects, as well as rockets encircled by myrid pipes and valves.
Complementing Gerdin's modern look, it has been suggested that Julius Schmidt's sculpture resembles a futuristic urban setting.
