In the center of the garter is stamped, STONEWARE J.R. d: A buckled garter surrounded by flowers with a ribbon below lettered, Corinthion Flute, below this is Couldon England. Stamped in Cauldon 15. Stoneware J.R. is stamped in the center of the garter.
