More Information
The reticulated pattern was influenced by the Chihnese "devil's work" called "Kuei-Kung" done during the late Ming Dynasty. The walls were pierced with intricate patterns before the porcelain was completely dry prior to firing. The exterior is pierced in the honeycomb pattern and the handle is in the form of a brown twig.
